Before you book
All six rooms have the same 15 things. Another 8 don't exist here, and we'd rather say so than disappoint you on arrival: it's why guests write that the place is exactly like the photos.
There is, in all six
Daily cleaning — MX$300 per day. Cleaning runs every 48 hours on stays of 3 nights or more, and almost nobody needs more than that. If you want it daily, you can: it's MX$300 per day (about 15 US dollars). Ask for it when you book or during your stay.

What guests say
The building sits above busy ground-floor businesses, among them The Back Yard, the café where guests get 50% off. Several guests mention it and one recommends earplugs if you're a light sleeper. At night it settles down: they say that too.

You get your own bathroom, your own entrance and your own key. What you share are the building's hallways and stairs. There's no front desk and no communal kitchen.
There are security cameras at the entrance, in the hallways and on the stairs. Inside your room and your bathroom there are none, and there never will be. We say it here because we'd rather you knew before you arrive.
The neighborhood
You're on the seam where Roma Norte turns into Condesa: Bakers is seventy paces away on Durango, Lardo opens at seven on Agustín Melgar, and Parque España is a seven-minute walk down Acapulco — ash trees, dogs and runners from early on. Metro Chapultepec, the pink line, is six minutes away via Veracruz, so a car is rarely worth the trouble here.
